Toastie and any pint (with a small bag of crisps on the side) for €12 is great value in Dublin. I had the Italian, the vegetarian one, and it was delicious. The bread by itself was beautiful but the caramelised onions, mozzarella, and tomatos were so tasty. My friend had the chicken fillet toastie and there was a decent portion of chicken and cheese on it, looked lovely. The staff were very friendly too, have to say. I'll definitely be back
I had visited this bar a year ago, forgot to put my review down. It was during the Euro cup time in 2024, and me along with my one of my colleagues who was French visited it every day to drink and watch the Euros. We practically sat all night in until late. The servers are great, all kinds of drinks are provided. The staff are friendly, they have toilets so needn’t worry about that. Just make sure you are above 18, or else they won’t allow entry. Common sense for everyone. Overall great place.
We went there on a Friday early, so it wasn't as full as it usually gets later. There was live music inside, we had Guinness and I also had a toastie. The option of food is only toasties (they have a few options on a small menu), but they're good, the service was great and they come with a bag of Tayto crisps, which was perfect for me. Prices are reasonable for Dublin City centre.
